Q. How do I place an order?
In order to expedite your order, please order online. To order, just click on the picture of the item you want. This will bring up a detailed page with size, color, picture, price, and description. Enter in the quantity you want, any special processing requirements and then click Add to Chart. This will take you to a Shopping Cart that displays a list of what you ordered.
If you are not comfortable ordering online, you may phone or fax your order to us. However, phone and fax orders will take longer to process. Please visit our Contact Us section to get the Phone number /Fax number.
Q. Can I place a Wholesale order?
We offer a wide range of wholesale services. Our wholesale prices are highly discounted and either based on dollar amount or quantity of items purchased.

Q. How long does it takes for production times in Alma Jewels?
Approximately our production time take 2-4 weeks depending on quantity of order after receiving your fund deposit to our bank.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
All the payment can be made in US Dollars or Rupees. According to our company policy you need to transfer full amount to our bank account before we can ship you the order. Please visit our Contact Us section to know our Bank Details, just leave the message and we are going to reply as soon as possible. At the moment, we do not accept Credit Card, Visa, Master Cards and Pay Pal for the payment.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Alma Jewels merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
